USA Realty Services was founded by Tampa, Florida native Jeannete DeMarco in 1990. Beginning her career as a nurse and transitioning into Real Estate, she brings the "care giving tradition of nursing" to this industry for her clients and agents alike.

Jeannete  has built her business based on a high standard of knowledge and integrity. The main office is located in Carrollwood in the thriving northwest sector of Tampa where there is  a large staff of experienced agents and support personnel to assist you with all your real estate needs. This office is equipped with the latest technology and banks of computers where agents can access virtually any property on the market and view these properties on-line together with their prospective home shoppers. Separate "conference rooms" will provide total privacy for the prospective home buyer when meeting with their agent on-site. The Pinellas County Branch office is located on Gulf Boulevard, the main Hwy that runs along the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
